    Edge, Turkish Aerospace forge partnership at World Defence Show

    At the prestigious World Defence Show in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, today, EDGE, a global leader in advanced technology and defense, and Turkish Aerospace, a prominent Turkish aerospace and defense technology company, sealed a significant partnership agreement. The memorandum of understanding (MoU) sets the stage for collaboration on various aerospace-specific ventures, marking a milestone in international defense cooperation.

    The agreement signifies a mutual pledge to integrate EDGE’s cutting-edge payloads and sensors into Turkish Aerospace’s product line. This strategic alliance aims to enhance the capabilities of both entities in the airborne domain, leveraging each other’s strengths to achieve technological advancements. Central to the MoU is the provision of continuous intelligence, surveillance, target acquisition, and reconnaissance (ISTAR) capabilities.

    The collaboration also opens avenues for potential technology transfer, integration, and manufacturing, fostering innovation in the aerospace sector. Khaled Al Zaabi, President of Platforms & Systems at EDGE Group, emphasized the significance of partnering with Turkish Aerospace, underscoring EDGE’s position as a trusted international technology and defense powerhouse.

    He highlighted the shared commitment to advancing the defense industry and the cutting-edge capabilities developed by EDGE since its inception. Turkish Aerospace’s President and CEO, Prof. Temel Kotil, expressed optimism about the partnership’s potential, foreseeing mutual benefits for both companies. He articulated hopes for the collaboration to evolve and expand in the years ahead, reflecting the spirit of innovation and cooperation driving the aerospace sector forward,
